Next to the circadian lighting (the interior lighting adapts to the movement of the sun) and the air quality being maintained by boosting the airflow where needed, Robot Kittens built an app in which users can control the lighting and air per single room. The app knows where users are because of the beacon system installed throughout the building. In each separate space, users are able to control the systems they are allowed to control, giving them the freedom to control their own environment.

Occupants of Tripolis-Park™ can also control the elevators within the whole building. The app seamlessly pops up the elevator screen when close to the elevator and users can input their destination floor. This is automatically filtered and users only see the floors they are allowed to go to.
